  Laboratory processing conditions

Coarse particle of the resin in a cutting mill to obtain a good granulometry for optimal premixing and extrusion.
Dispersion of the premix with TSJ-30 twin screw extruder L/D=14/1 with casing temp. from 110-120℃, 160rpm ,80-90% torque.
Fine grinding in coffee cup.
100% thru 160 Mesh sieve.
Bake schedule:180℃/15minutes.
